What are MOQ and MOV?

MOQ is the minimum order quantity per product. MOV is the minimum order value per order. Each supplier sets their own.

When will SupplyZoo launch?

Who can sell on SupplyZoo?

Wholesalers, distributors, brands and manufacturers with a registered business and a valid VAT number.

Does SupplyZoo charge sales commission?

No. Suppliers pay a fixed subscription and keep 100% of their sales. A payment transaction fee is charged per order, paid by the supplier.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No long-term contract. The subscription runs monthly.

Who can buy on SupplyZoo?

Any registered business with a valid VAT number: shops, webshops, resellers and entrepreneurs selling on TikTok Shop, Instagram, Shopify and other channels.

How does payment work?

Buyers pay securely at checkout through Stripe. Suppliers receive their payout directly, without waiting for delivery.

Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?

Yes. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
